LO4: Legal and ethical

For some of the legal and ethical considerations that have to be put forward in order to make this event sucsessful by following these guidelines. Because their will be attendee's of children under the age of 18 I must take into consideration that all the advertisements used by companies about unsafe practicies and unfair pressure for the sales to children.

It is important the atendee's and the companies are hydrayted and there will be access to clean fresh water which will be made free. There will be also a stall which has the accessabilty to healthy and nutricious foods which includes friut and meals such as pasta available this you woulf have to pay for as this would cover the catering costs.

Becuase this event will be amied at the employment side of things I would need to make sure that every company who is attending the event must require the following of a clairity of nature of employment and buiseness oppertunity which includes the display of earnings so the young people have a clear idea of how much they earn.
